CO₂ Academy at EKA – theory, calculation tools and plenty of questions

Last week, EKA welcomed an engaged group of participants for a CO₂ Academy training course. The programme combined theory on CO₂ (R744) with practical calculations and technical discussions.

Jörgen Rogstam led the course, covering topics ranging from the fundamental principles of CO₂ as a refrigerant to system design, system understanding and practical applications.

Simon Bolteau joined the session on calculation tools. During this part of the course, the participants worked with practical calculations and explored technical questions that can arise when designing and analysing CO₂ systems.

The group was highly active throughout the course, contributing plenty of questions, practical examples and thoughtful discussions. This created an open and valuable exchange of experience between the instructors and participants – exactly the kind of interaction that makes technical training particularly useful.
